#MentorBFF - Refer and Earn!
Exciting news! Patients who have undergone breast implant surgery are eligible to participate in a unique new referral program called #MentorBFF, which rewards both you AND the friends you refer for MENTOR® Breast Implants! So go ahead and share your implant experience with your best friends and share in the rewards...it’ll make you “Breast Friends Forever”.
HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:
When you refer someone for MENTOR® Breast Implants* and she has her procedure done by December 31, 2017, you will each receive a gift certificate worth up to $125!
You can be rewarded for up to three referrals, which could add up to $375 in rewards for you to spend with major nationwide retailers and restaurants!
The process is easy! Sign in at BreastImplantsbyMentor.com/BFF. If you have your friend’s permission, submit her name and email address. Your friend will receive a referral code via email for her to give to her surgeon. After your friend has her procedure and the surgeon confirms MENTOR® implants were used, you will each be invited to select an electronic gift certificate valued up to $125, depending on which MENTOR® Breast Implant she selected. The MentorBFF Program is not available where (1) either patient’s surgery is reimbursable, in whole or in part, by any federal healthcare program, including Medicare, Medicaid and TRICARE; (2) either patient is a licensed health professional; or (3) either patient’s surgery is reimbursable, in whole or in part, by any public or private insurance program in Illinois. Patients are encouraged to select a surgeon of their own choosing after conducting their own investigation into the particular surgeon’s training, education and experience.
*Only applicable to augmentation procedures with MENTOR® MemoryGel® Breast Implants and MemoryShape® Breast Implants. Saline implants are excluded.
